My husband asked for a flat top, ( we live in a Air Force town, this shouldn’t be a lot to ask) and was told, that the person knows how to do them, but they hate doing them and refused.. he ended up with a buzz cut with a #2 length for 18.00. I have clippers myself. I could have done it for free, but he was all excited to get a real flat top. Won’t ever go back to the one on Vandehei in Cheyenne.

I had an appointment for my son which the stylist called 5 minutes before the appointment to cancel because she said she wasn’t feeling well,so we rescheduled for the next day. When that appointment came my son and I arrived on time only to find a “gone to lunch” sign in the window with doors locked. We waited for a good 15 minutes only to have noone show up to open the shop for our appointment. After being pushed away twice in a row we went to great clips and got the cut my son wanted. Very very unhappy with cost cutters,their customer service is unacceptable! Never,ever will go back!!

Yes, the online apt doesn’t work the best, but if you call or go in and make an appointment they will get you in and do a wonderful job. Tiffany is the new manager and beyond kind and helpful. Absolutely recommend this place.

DO NOT GO HERE! Amanda completely messed up my hair, insulted me, refused to comp the hair cut, refused to fix it, and said nothing was wrong. I had to contact the district manager to get a refund. I should of known something was wrong when I walked in, the place was completely empty with only one hair dresser while every other place in town was full. Don’t waste your time or money here!

Under a “New manager”, and said manager charged me $216 to cut my hair, all over color and highlights on top. Left the majority of my roots grey and French braided my hair so it looked nice until 2 days later when I took out and washed it. Biggest rip off I’ve ever had and will not be back.

Absolutely terrible. My boyfriend got his haircut here. Very basic. Literally made a bald spot on the back of his head & had very crooked bangs. Asked the lady where the bald spot came from and claimed ‘I didn’t do that!’ And he did not have bald spot when we walked in! Very rude and unapologetic about the situation. Asked for a refund and the lady was very rude about ‘no refunds’. Not once did either of them offer an apology
