Really bad haircut!!! The manager cut my hair and left it so uneven that had to have it fixed. When I went back in the store to show her she didn’t want to give me my money back. She said that normally they just fix the problem. I think it would be better if they took a little bit more time with someone and didn’t create so many problems. My bangs had to be cut so much that I was embarrassed for people to see them. After talking to other people in the community I found out that I’m not the only one who is unhappy with her service. Now I know why it’s always slow in there.

New here to Colorado looking for new salon. Walked in with my wife. Lady did not ever ask if she wanted a cut. (Which she did but did not get one) Once in chair asked for a short cut 1 to 2 fade and that is not at all what I got. $17 on 5 mins and NO hair left to even get a fixed fade. Stylist was so busy talking about how easy it was with no challenge to even ask if I liked it. Will not return. Will not recommend. Waste of time and money and looking silly.

So, I have been a loyal customer of costcutters for over 20 years. I have frequented your salons in several cities and states and always received a decent haircut at a decent price (never more than $16.00). Unfortunately I cannot say the same for my experience at the Canon City salon. I went in 2 days ago (Saturday, 10/12/19) for a basic haircut. I do have to applaud my stylist’s audacity, (she never did tell me her name, now I understand why), for wearing a Minnesota Vikings shirt here in broncs country. I guess I should have walked out as soon as she called me back to her station and sat me down while she had a mouth full of food, but I needed the haircut and didn’t have time to go somewhere else. She didn’t even bother to wash her hands before starting to work on me. I asked for a simple business style haircut. What I got was not even close. She didn’t even get my sideburns close to even. The one on the right is at least a 1/2 inch higher than the left one. The top is long while the sides are almost shaved. So, guys, if you do go there, and a short, dumpy gal with strait shoulder length blond hair calls you back to her station, run. As for the rest of costcutter’s stylists, just a bit of a hint, no one wants a haircut from a shabbily dressed slob with a mouth full of food. Take some pride in yourself and your appearance, and I promise you, you will earn much better tips. I haven’t decided yet whether I will try another costcutters salon, I do know that it will be quite some time before I will need another haircut. I am too embarrassed to go out in public and the only solution I have is to just shave it off and start over. Definately a waste of $18.50.

Eyebrow Disaster! Absolutely disappointed with the service and customer service. This lady named ACACIA, needs to come back to cosmetic school ASAP. Please, if you love your eyebrow never ever visit this place. I can do a better job just watching tutorials on YouTube. I’m really upset and desappointed.
