I came in (with tears in my eyes) with chunky brown lowlights and orange roots from the previous hairdresser. Michelle was very helpful and went over the options of fixing my hair. She highlighted my hair & covered up the chunky lowlights. She consulted her coworker, Krystina, for advice on a highlighting technique she wasn’t familiar with which I appreciated. I was worried that too much coloring in one day would damage my hair so she was careful to use a low level developer. The cost was a third of the cost of the expensive salon.They both gave me advice on the next steps of fixing my hair & I have since gotten my hair colored again by Krystina who did a wonderful job! Made an appointment at the Rigden Farm Cost Cutters on line for my husband, who uses a walker. and has trouble getting in and out of the car. Got a confirmation for a 2:00 p.m. appointment. When we went in, we were told there was no record of the appointment and they were too busy to cut his hair until 5:30. Their on-line appointment system is worthless! Went over to Great Clips and got an excellent haircut with a 15 minute wait.

Went yesterday I asked for chunky blonde highlights as light as they could get them around my face. The hairstylist opted to do the highlights on a weave than use toner which made them look darker. She also failed to tell me she was charging more for toner. My hair looks blotchy and can only see a little highlighting on the top of my head. See attached picture. I’m going to try calling the cost cutters on harmony to see if they can fix it since I don’t trust dealing with timberline as the hairstylist didn’t follow my details of what I wanted. Or hopefully get my money back. I was charged $45.00. I didn’t even accept my receipt as I was trying to hide my tears I left crying.
