My mom likes it here but when I went she was rushing and supper rough with my hair. It was so painful and I lost a lot of hair and I have a lot of breakage now. I asked her to cut 2 inches and she cut at least 6 inches. My hair used to go all the way down my back and now its above my waist. They act like they want to help and ask you to email them but they never reply just a FYI

Worst haircut I’ve ever had I specially told her I don’t want it too short now my hair in the back is the shortest imaginable second to be shaved she didn’t even ask me what I wanted to do with my bangs just started cutting away walked in with good self esteem walked out to sit in the parking lot for 30 minutes crying she asked what i think at the end but there was nothing that could have been done she already cut everything off so there was nothing that could have been fixed.. the whole time she was just grabbing and chopping I feel horrible about myself now I do not like how this looks or feels I paid 23.99 for this and on the anniversary of my moms death… my suggestion listen to your clients don’t ignore them ask before you do this is horrible I haven’t felt this bad about myself in years… you play a big big role in the way people see themselves take your time with them LISTEN to them this is not what I asked for and definitely not what I wanted. A horrible haircut. If I could give it a lower rating I would. It looks like 2 different people cut my hair, one on the left and one on the right. The sides are totally different , one side is shorter and shaped different. The girl must have left her glasses at home or go learn something else.

The back of my hair is a hack job. I had to go back to try and get it straightened out which did not work. The stylist claimed she knew just what I wanted and said she loved doing that cut. Apparently she didn’t. I am left trying to figure where I can go to get this fixed or alter the style.
