I come here just for Victoria to cut my hair, anywhere else I go and my wife gives me an earful about how bad my haircut is. Haven’t had a bad one here! Always super friendly and knowledgeable I always recommend my friends try it out. They get me in and take a lot of care trimming things just right, it never feels rushed. Best salon here in Hutto because of Victoria, love coming here!

Got a great hair cut! The stylist who cut it did a unique cut for my layers but was great about explaining why since my hair is so long. I finally got layers I liked and I now understand why I’ve not been happy for a few years after cuts. The rest of the staff was so friendly too! Great store!

This location has some awesome stylists, they take the time to ask what you want, suggest ways to make your hair look better, and get it done right the first time. They did an amazing job with my kids hair and I’m definitely going back when my family needs a cut. I am very impressed, thank you!

First off, the lady that cut my hair did great. I have no problem with her. My issue is with the fact that I got there right at opening. They had 1 person handling the floor, the phones and the reception desk because the manager decided that an all hands meeting during business hours was a good idea. There was one gentleman ahead of me getting a trim so I had no problem with that. I had an issue with waiting 30 minutes when there were about 10 other stylists that could have taken care of not just me, but the other customer that came in behind me and ended up leaving because no one acknowledged him. I own 2 different businesses and one is in the service industry (as is Cost Cutters) and you NEVER sacrifice customer service for a meeting. Any halfway decent manager would have pulled someone from the meeting and had them help handle the customers. Because in this industry, customer service is the number one priority. And obviously, the manager of the Hutto location does not care or even have a clue about customer service. My last time ever in a Cost Cutters.
