Garrett did an exceptional job on my hair making it look gorgeous. He was kind and courteous and paid special attention to my very sensitive ears ensuring they were protected during the drying process. He also took his time with ensuring my neck was protected when washing me out as I have several vertebrae in my neck with degeneration.

He was exceptional and gave me a shampoo, cut, and beautiful style. He was engaging, professional, and performed the cut exactly as I asked and my hair looks amazing and feels so much better than before I went in. I give him a 10/10 and would definitely recommend booking with Garrett.The salon itself was bright, very open, and I was impressed by the welcoming atmosphere, speed of the staff in greeting me and checking me in, and the cleanliness of Covid protocols.For cost vs. value, the services performed can not be beaten. I have paid more than double for service that I was not as pleased with. Shampoo, cut and style came to $37.50 and was so very worth it. I was a first-time customer referred by a coworker and was able to schedule a next-day appointment with Garrett. He was exceptional and gave me a shampoo, cut, and beautiful style. He was engaging, professional, and performed the cut exactly as I asked and my hair looks amazing and feels so much better than before I went in. I give him a 10/10 and would definitely recommend booking with Garrett.

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueUPDATE: I left a great review after my 1st visit, then my second visit for a follow-up haircut (5 months later) I left not so happy. I was over charged for a dry, basic cut. I wasn’t even asked if I wanted a wash. I was pressured into buying a product even though I said I was still using the products I bought last time I was there, and I was over charged for that as well! Sticker said $18.00 and she rang it up as $21.00 (I didn’t notice it at the time). Then the pressure to tip when I was already leaving not that happy. Front desk staff was very friendly!This was the first time to this particular business and I went in with great hesitation as my last visit to this type of establishment was horrid. I really, really, really needed a cut and style as I have inflicted a lot of damage to my hair with bleaching and trying to get that just right pink color which never happened. Also, since the pandemic I’ve just had my daughter trim the ends. There were two stylists and two customers getting cuts so my wait time was just a matter of minutes before I was well taken care of by Quynh.This stylist was a great relief to my hesitation. She was nice, soft spoken and took her time taking care of me. Her hair washing was so relaxing and felt great- I’d go back just to have my hair washed! She took her time and was very thorough (which really was a 1st for me to have someone take their time and do such a wonderful job). I needed several inches taken off and cut into my favorite bob style. Her technique created a great style and she took her time to ensure my hair was perfect and to my liking. There was no rush to get it done and me out of the chair, I felt valued as a client!The business was clean, organized, well maintained and in a convenient location. I like the ability to book an appointment on google maps or their website, though I did not use this feature (looked at it several times but never pulled that trigger, I was a spur of the moment/can’t stand my hair anymore walk-in appt). The price was good and I’m a cheapskate when it comes to myself and the lower the price, the bigger the stylist’s tip when I walk out so happy.In the end, ~Quynh~ was great, I will be going back to her when I need to and I recommend her to others as well!
