Critical: QualityWent to get a basic haircut, both the women who did my hair messed up tragically and didn’t even say anything to me, I had to notice when I got home. Wanted layers and the girl cut one square part wayyy shorter than asked, and did the face frame very uneven and left one side longer than the other. Didn’t know what they were doing. Went to get a basic haircut, both the women who did my hair messed up tragically and didn’t even say anything to me, I had to notice when I got home. Wanted layers and the girl cut one square part wayyy shorter than asked, and did the face frame very uneven and left one side longer than the other. Didn’t know what they were doing. Won’t go back. -10/10, do not recommend.

Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityThe first time I came here it was great. But this was a year ago so perhaps much has changed. My sister and I called the night before to ask about availably and they told us to arrive at 10. We were the first ones there, and when we walked in nobody spoke to us whatsoever. One dresser was sitting in the chair just staring at us. Finally, someone in the back who we could not see yelled “hello.” The instructions on the front desk told us to sign in with our names, phone numbers, and hair requests. We were to wait in the car in order to be called, so that’s what we did. 40 minutes later, nothing. We could see them through the windows and nobody even bothered to look at the sheet. Positive: Quality, ValueI normally dont expect much from these big chain places but I’ve been going here exclusively for about 2 years and I’ve always been happy with their work. They are all good but Shauna and the blonde dude are my favorites.Service: Hairstyling
