I went in for a cut/shampoo/style. I wanted a simple long bob and have it blow dried. When she was washing my hair she asked if I wanted conditioner. I thought that was part of a hair wash so I said yes, not one time did she say a dab of conditioner will be an extra $10 added. I spent too much money here and should have gone to a high end salon for something like this or made the 1 hour drive to my regular hair lady. $10 for some regular conditioner…. She should have mentioned that part. The hair cut is not really what I asked for either. I was charged the highest haircut price and extra $10 for conditioner. The lady tried to tell me about the haircut price was because I had a complicated cut and style…. A bob and a blow dry. No flat iron to smooth it out or anything. Wouldn’t return

My haircut today was the first time I have been to this location and I had an amazing experience here!!! I was able to get an appointment in no time also. I told the hairdresser, Jossalyn, exactly what I wanted done to my hair and she cut my hair beautifully! I would highly recommend this location and specifically Jossalyn to anyone needing a hair cut or trim!! 10/10 experience!!

I’ve been coming here for years. Sometimes as walk-in and many other times as scheduled appointments. This may be my very last visit here. Appointment was supposed to be for 4:30pm. I walk in at 4:25pm literally feet behind another walkin and I get bumped behind the walkin which wasn’t that big of a deal. Except for the fact it’s now 4:57 and I’m still sitting in the waiting area while they carry on small talk. Actually I’m just going to leave why even give any business. Critical: Professionalism, QualityABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! As a customer who is going to a “professional” hair salon with “professional” technicians, you would expect for them to be able to follow instructions and recreate a haircut from a picture.My hair was left HORRIBLY SHORT, to the point where I cannot even style it, especially in the front which is the most important part.
