I use cost cutters of Taylor because they offer a pay ahead discount coupon pack. As with any Barber shop nowadays, they’re all understaffed and overworked, I had checked in twice earlier during the week and one, they could get me in but it wouldn’t be till 3:30, that could have worked, but I passed on it. A couple of days later, I pop my head in again and the two stylist were doing perms and colors for the ladies. Fast forward to Saturday morning it was about 9:20, I thought I’ll catch the second wave of cuts after a 9:00 a open time, walked in had the place to myself and had avery enjoyable haircut and talk, and as always they do a great job. Five stars and a kudos to you Cost Cutter’s .

Came in the morning for a trim for my daughter shortly after they opened, not a soul in sight. No one in the chairs and no stylists around. We take a seat thinking they might be in the back. After about 10 minutes a girl comes out asking if we have an appointment. I glance over at the walk ins welcome sign and kind of laugh while I say no. She tells me they won’t have space for us until after 12:30. Again, the place is totally empty, and again, all we needed was a trim which would’ve taken 5 minutes. So we leave and go to great clips where, yep, we were seen immediately and it took her all of 5 minutes to trim her ends. Won’t be returning here.

My daughter and I both stopped by to get an eyebrow wax, when we walked only one person spoke and then asked if we needed a haircut I said no 2 waxes. After that we were looked at like we just walked up out of a mud puddle. I know my hair was a mess it was windy and we had been doing errands all day I do have my own stylist that I go to who does a great job. After sitting there for several minutes and 3 employees walking around acting like they didn’t want to be there we got up and left. This is the first and only time I will be stepping foot in there unless your stylist works there I would not recommend it as a to go place.

I haven’t had my hair cut in a long time. Some of the reason is I like my hair on the long side and some stylists are bent on making hair short whatever you ask for. Heather cut my hair and I love it! She left it the length I wanted it and did a great job for a great price. I will be going back.

The one served me didn’t know how to cut woman long hair, just three cuts about 10 minutes to finish my long hair cut after I said no layers, n i was new here , she didn’t tell me need to charge $6 to blow dry, just ask “would u like to blow dry?”, Need to go to store later ,surely I would say yes. Including tips I paid $25 for a haircut with 3 cuts about 10 minutes which I can do it myself at home. The fastest one I have had in my long hair. If it was good I wouldn’t blame it and OK to pay more to get a good one. Really disappointed, never come back.

If you don’t have time to make an appointment, the walk-in wait here is short. We went on a Friday evening and Saturday midday, both times were fairly busy but they had plenty of staff to cover. The woman who cut my daughter’s hair did a great job.

I came in to get my 9 yr old son a hair cut. The stylist looked like she was fresh out of school. I said a 2 on the side and fade into the top maybe 3 or finger length or so on top. You know a boy cute. She said great. I go to sit down and help my daughter with homework and look up and they have BUZZED MY CHILD’S HAIR!! I am furious and in tears… I guess a boy cut means a hack job. Do NOT GO HERE if you want ur hair hacked. My husband has bad hair cuts from here too. I should have know to not give them a second chance..
