We have mixed feelings. My 2 boys and my husband joined me yesterday to do hair cuts while on our lunch hour. We went to check in. They said it would be 1 hour and 15 minutes so we just scheduled the boys for that time. The gal told us to schedule my husband online next time if we needed a specific time slot. I returned with my boys at our time and the gal cutting their hair did an absolute amazing job. My son had hair past his holder’s and she gave him an amazing high fade. My oldest also had a high and tight fade and looked great. She was kind, quick and very skilled. We thanked her, tipped her well and left. While I was waiting for them, I went online and scheduled my husband for the next day and at 11, on his lunch. When he arrived today, the gal told him it was going to be 45 – 50 minutes. He said he had an 11 o clock appointment and she said, “that’s not how it really works and that there were 5 people in front of him and 5 people that just got into the chairs.” He explained that if there is no real way to make an appointment why have the option online and why direct people to that system. He left and won’t be back.

Called for an haircut appointment, they dont do appointment but the staff there named Shelby who answered the phone was very courteous, nice, told me to just come in and she will take care of it. When I got there, two people ahead of me, but store closing in 40min, she still got me in and gave me a nice hair cut.

Love this bunch of girls. Doesn’t matter who I get I know my hair will be done wonderfully. And usually get in very quickly. We drive 30 miles to get our hair done here. Instead of at home where we could.

The girl was sweet, but she kept bouncing from me to the desk. I asked for shoulder length hair, nothing shorter than midneck length as I just wanted my hair a bit shorter. However, because she kept jumping from the desk to me she was too distracted and cut my hair to my chin. After she had done so I was horrified but the damage was done. What was I to do? Freak out? Say no that’s too short? I just grinned and bared it, I wanted to stop halfway through but I couldn’t. When it was over my hair was at most half an inch from my ear.
