Critical: ProfessionalismWent in at 7:10 pm wanting hair trim on 10/2/20 Two beauticians there. The one waited on me and said it would be half hour and said to come back tomorrow. She was rude and you could tell they were wanting to close. I told her I would come back and she stated if not back they were closing. I left for 15 minutes and the other beautician was cleaning and said the other gal would be a few minutes. I sat for a bit and thought as rude as she was I sure didn’t want her to cut my hair. Went in at 7:10 pm wanting hair trim on 10/2/20 Two beauticians there. The one waited on me and said it would be half hour and said to come back tomorrow. She was rude and you could tell they were wanting to close. I told her I would come back and she stated if not back they were closing. I got a great haircut…its just 3 inches too short and a straight bob instead of an a line like i asked. She was very apologetic and thankfully hair grows back, but it wont be back until the end of summer which means no ponytail for me. Would have been nice to be offered something as an apology, but nobody in a supervisor position said a word to me. I then had to return to the shop because the sides of my undercut were not touched at all. Again, no response from a manager or supervisor.

I was disappointed to learn that all the stores have different age policies on who is an adult and who is a kid. The official website says that 12 and under is a kids cut but the Hastings, NE store says 10 and under is a kids cut. Pretty sad you think my 11 year old’s hair is so much more difficult than my 9 year old. Please rethink this and make it the same across the board.
