I give this place a -1 as these so called Stylist should work in a Pet Shop. They are rude and unprofessional. They don’t listen to what you want done. What number do you want??? Number? I have a phone number and many numbers but don’t know anything about a haircut number. They don’t know how to cut hair. Lazy also. Always different employees, I don’t recommend this place. Simple man’s short, straight hair style. #6 on the sides and scissor cut the top to blend. She clipper cut sides then hesitated a while, made precisely 4 cuts in various places on the top then pronounced she was done. I complained she did not (could not) have cut the top even, she then proceeded to tell me “I know what I’m doing”. I shook my head, paid, and left. Never again. How can such people be licensed to cut hair if they can’t do the simple things right?

Tried getting hair cut and was refused service from manager due to not wearing a mask. Manager there told me my medical condition asthma didn’t excuse me from a mask and said they can put a towel over my face. I showed her my inhaler and was still denied service due to my medical condition.

So it goes something like this can my son get a haircut. Sure it will be 5 to 10 minutes, 25 min later ask about when my son gets his haircut as we see a whole bunch of other people checking in after us and getting their haircut right away. When we checked in they took our phone number too but didn’t use it because they thought they knew who he was. So, they checked him in and out so now he is off of their schedule. After I tell them we have been here for at least 25 minutes they put him back on the schedule but didn’t put him ahead of everybody else they still cut everyone else’s hair before it was his turn “again”! We waited for over an hour to just get him in to get his haircut. I could understand this if that’s where our turn was supposed to be but no we had to be checked in twice!! The lady that checked him in to begin with left, came back and checked my son in again and was allowed to leave again. Terrible customer service right there. That lady should not have allowed to leave until she made it right with their customers. Needless to say we were less than impressed by the lack of customer service.

I will never go back here. I wanted my hair short not completely buzzed off . I’m a woman not a man. This is the worse haircut I’ve ever received and I will point people away from this place. I don’t know the name of the gal who cut my hair but she’s a plump Hispanic. She used 1 hand for most of my haircut. I’m completely unhappy with my hair cut..
