This is a sad excuse for a hair salon. They should honestly just shut this location down. How is it the I show up 2 hours before they close and magically they are booked out for the day qhen you don’t see a line of people. They are already closing an hour early from the posted business hours. Definitely not going to bother going back…

Horrible i had to literally bald myself because the stylist faded the sides of my head way past the crown line and didn’t even use any texturing scissors, I have pictures to prove it but I’m too embarrassed to post them online, being that I’m a social influencer and my looks has a lot too do with what I do. I went on Tuesday, October 23 and I asked the worker (Lori) to cut my hair into a inverted bob hairstyle and to my shoulders. She agreed and started trimming, not saying anything during or asking me any questions about my hairstyle. Half an hour later, she’s done. I look at my “hairstyle” and noticed that it didn’t even match what I wanted. The front goes to my ears and the back is up close and personal with my head, both of which should be by my shoulders. I was and still am terribly mad about this. My hairstyle isn’t what I wanted and the worker never asked me any questions. She just started doing her own thing. She did a terrible job. I’m super embarrassed about my hair. Thank goodness it’s starting to grow back!

I’m not happy with their service they told me 25 minutes to get my haircut and my beard cleaned up and I waited for 45 minutes and in the time. Of that two different hair stylist left and only two were still there and there was still customers in line I am not happy with their service at all
