I’ve been coming to this location off and on for the last 5 yrs. Ive had a different stylist each time with out any prob. Today i had Rachel and she did a fantastic job with what i wanted done. I normally have a picture of what i wanted but had to describe it to her and she just about nailed it. I will definitely be requesting her next time.

Friendly staff, however they don’t listen to what you want. I’ve been in there 3 times and showed them how I wanted my hair cut. Took it upon themselves to do something completely different. Gave up after 3rd time. Tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, but nope. They shouldn’t have done the service if they didn’t know how to do the cut. Lost my business forever.

Needed a quick haircut for my son, Cost Cutters was able to get us in after a short 5minute wait. We were greeted immediately when we walked through the door even though the staff was busy. This was fantastic since we had first stopped at Great Clips close by and didn’t get acknowledged whatsoever. As a cosmetologist myself (no longer working in a salon) I was extremely pleased with the cut, customer service, and cleanliness we experienced. When I’m not feeling like cutting the little guys hair myself, we will definitely return to this location.

All in all, a 3 star review because I went back in and they fixed it the best they could. But they actually let me leave with possibly the worst blended hair I have ever seen. If I could attach the photo I would, just to give everyone a better representation of what it looked like. The picture even made its rounds around the office because it was so bad.
