Made an appointment for color and highlights, waited half the day to get in. Mentioned concerns with some breakage and stylists refused to do my hair the way I was requesting. Said I would have to sign a waiver even though it had been at least 4 months since any chemicals had been applied. They argued with me and I left. I made an appointment at a different salon, same day, they did exactly as I asked and it turned out beautiful. I will not return.

It had been over two years since my last cut, so I had very long hair. The stylist braided my ponytail before snipping it off so that I could keep it as a souvenir. Then she spent extra time to make sure my cut looked awesome. One of the best cuts I’ve ever had. Well worth the cost.

So it was an OK haircut, but if you are going to be advertising as cost cutters you probably want to spend more than 5 minutes with a client, wash and condition their hair and cut their hair wet, maybe even blowdry or style. I used to go to a nice established stylist for a haircut and wash, cond, style in Lincoln. Her base charge not including tip was $33. I guess it just seems like the cost isn’t the only thing you’re cutting out at the place.

The shop is located in a small shopping center with plenty of parking. Once inside you are greeted and made welcome. My stylist, Shady is a artist who truly knows her craft. I went in the early afternoon on a Saturday & I think my wait was 8 minutes. The shop is clean and everyone was friendly and professional. The prices are amazing for the level of service & expertise.

I think I’ve found my new go-to location. I’ve been going to a different shop, and I felt I wasn’t being listened to by the different stylists.
