Got a haircut and color today and the woman who cut my hair was rude and aggressive the whole time. The color is completely wrong and not at all what I asked for. On top of that she was on her phone the entire time that she was cutting my hair so it’s completely uneven and she cut off way more than I asked to be cut off. So now I have to go somewhere else to fix the mistakes that she made. This place is an absolute joke.

Cost Cutters has always been my go to for a quick cut. They are consistent and and always friendly. If you go on a day that they have special pricing, be prepared to wait for awhile as that’s when moms and dads bring the kids for family haircuts.

I really like going to cost cutters cause everyone is nice and treats customers with absolute respect! I especially like going there to get my haircut from Rachel Palmer, she never rushes through a haircut and will have a conversation with you while cutting or styling your hair! She takes her time to make sure the customer loves the finished results! I also trust her with trimming up my beard! I would and do recommend this place for anyone that asks wheres a great place to go for a haircut!

I had my hair cut at this location last night. The stylist was pleasant, but something was off. While making small talk, she asked me the exact same questions over and over. I was already getting my hair cut at this point and hoped for the best. The cut was quick and I was in and out in 15-20 minutes.
