I called to make an appointment and they were very nice. I got there on time and waited about 10 minutes before stylist could take me and she seemed a bit shy and young like she might be new slender with dark hair and quiet voice. We got along well though and she did a good job on my hair I think she only missed one little spot that I went ahead and lopped off when I got home but my daughter say it looks good and I can’t see the back of it all the time so I take their word for it. I went on $13 Tuesday and added $2 for a tip which wasn’t much but she appreciated it. I definitely will go back.

Imagine going to get a wash and trim and they tell you to leave with a wet head of hair. In my many experiences of going to a multitude of hair salons, I have never had to specifically request to have my hair blow dried. Samantha made me feel like I was crazy for not understanding why I could not get my hair blow dried after she was done with my mothers hair. I personally had Evelyn do my hair and had a great experience with her. Samantha finished my mother’s hair before Evelyn was done with mine, that’s when I realized that my mom was going up to pay with a wet head of hair. I asked her why she’s paying if her hair is still wet, and Samantha told me that if you want to get your hair dried you have to specifically select that online. Now, even after looking online there is no option of selecting a wash, trim, and dry. Only wash and trim, so how does that make sense. The other reason she said we couldn’t get our hair dried was because she had more appointments coming in. But when I called before I showed up the person I spoke to told me they were not busy and that I would be able to just walk in, so that’s what I did. If she knew that they wouldn’t have had enough time for the service I wanted then why not mention that before starting. I then told her that I would happily take a blow dryer myself and dry my hair because I don’t know who in their right mind would walk of a store on a winter day with wet hair. I eventually had to go back and forth her just to be able to sit under a dryer finally. I was hoping this would be another great experience of going to the salon, but after this experience I now realize that I will happily never come back here again. Especially if Samantha is working, because it was absolutely RIDICULOUS.

She is always prompt on scheduling me for haircuts, and ensures that I am happy with her work before leaving her chair. Her fun personality always makes each visit enjoyable and memorable.
