Critical: Punctuality, Quality, ValueScheduled an appointment to get my sisters hair colored for her birthday- appointment took three hours and we stayed 20 minutes after close and all the stylist got done was bleaching her roots. The rest of her hair had been lightened months ago so there was only about an inch of dirty blonde growth, but still the bleach was left on so long it burned her scalp. When we got home she had to shower because there was SO MUCH bleach residue and powder in her hair. 98$ exactly- and she didn’t even get her hair colored.We went in the next day and spoke to the manager over the phone and sent pictures and we were told we’d get a call the following day. Nothing, so I called back the next day. Never got a call back after they said I would again. A total of 6 days after the first appointment I call again and catch the manager just to be told not only did district say there’s nothing they can do since we dyed it that night (she had school and a performance the next day and could NOT leave it as streaky and dry as it was), but the stylist LIED to the manager and said she already had abrasions on her scalp before she bleached it?? The manager explained that itching and irritation can occur from bleach- but we know there should not be scabs and tender oiling red rashes. We’ve been lightening with several different brands store bleach for 7 years and NEVER had a reaction like that. Called on Friday to schedule 3 haircuts for Saturday and asked for 2 stylist so we would not have a long wait. The person on the phone said that would work. When we got there there was only 1 stylist available. With my wash and cut I only got shampoo and no conditioner. Not to mention the water was cold. My husband after waiting over a hour got the exact opposite cut as he asked for. Since it had already taken a hour and a half he didn’t even ask for it to be fixed because he was tired of waiting around and we needed to leave. He hates his hair cut. I now have to rewash mine because it has no conditioner and feels so dry. My husband now needs another cut to fix the terrible quality cut he received. One stylist came back from lunch and said she didn’t want to cut my husband s hair so we had to wait for a 3rd stylist to come back from break. I always say don’t trust a stylist who doesn’t take care of their own hair and that was definitely true in this situation. 2 of the 3 stylist had very unprofessional looking hair. There’s no way we will come back. So go ahead and raise your prices because it will be needed if you can’t build a strong clientele. O and my stylist didn’t even ask if I wanted my hair dried or styled. She just took the smock off and sent me on my way. By the time I got to my car my hair was frozen and I was so upset.

Cheap prices, good beautitions who really know their way with the scissors! I have had my haircut here a few times and I have always been very happy with the outcome! I am not sure how their shampoo and other hair products compare to other places, but check them out if you want a great cut for not a great deal of money!!!
