I went about 5 months ago and Caimen did my hair. She did such a great job! She even offered for me to come back within a week and she could change it for free if I changed my mind! Amazing hair stylist and continued to ask me how I wanted it to make sure she got it right. I went yesterday and was traumatized. The lady I had had grayish dead looking hair. Immediate red flag. She chopped it so short and was so rough with my hair! Pulled so hard on it and barely looked at the pictures I wanted. She doesn’t know how to cut curly hair too. My Mom came and she gave my Mom a mullet! Not what my Mom wanted. I wanted a trim of 2 inches at most. She cut off 4 or 5 inches and made it look so bad!

This was my first time to actually have my hair colored//bleached/highlighted – I am not so sure of the term. I did explain this to Jen – who was my haircutter and was very patient and understanding. She educated and briefed me through the process, explaining to me what she was about to do and what she was doing, asking for my opinion and providing me with choices. I was hesitant at first, but Jen definitely helped me through it. It was a good first experience, and I did like the outcome.

My daughter and I both made appts. Just an easy trim. Both of the ladies were very nice. The one who cut my daughters hair did just what she wanted! Getting yourself bangs for the 1st time doesn’t always go well but my daughter loved it and so did I!
