Awesome haircut! I didn’t get his name but he’s the manager. At first I was a little nervous because no one has ever done that much of my haircut with clippers before and I’ve been getting the same faux hawk for 20 years lol. But It came out great. After asking how I wanted cut, she immediately started cutting my dry hair that I did not wash before I arrived as I was expecting her to wash! I have never had my hair cut totally DRY – !!! – she didn’t even spray it wet to even out the natural waves/bends in hair after sleeping! I had not washed it for more than a day, I had combed/brushed hair but had not smoothed it out. Then when I got home, washed and styled it did I realize she barely cut it!

My son had long, beautiful, layered hair. We explained we wanted to keep the layers but take about 3 inches off. When she started to cut and we saw she didn’t understand, we explained again but she still cut it all off to one length. By the time she offered to “put layers in” he only had an inch left in the back. He looks like he has a ladies bob instead. He is so upset he said he wanted to shave it off. We will not be returning. Waste of money.

Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityMade an online appointment for our son’s first hair cut & to get my haircut, son ended up making a mess all over his clothes right as we were getting ready to leave so we had to clean him. I called & asked to reschedule the times from 5 & 5:30 to 5:30 & 6. Woman on the phone said they already had a booking for 5:30 so she could do 6 & 6:30 I said great sounds perfect. Went in at 6 & there was one stylist & she proceeded to say there were no appointments & she didn’t get any call from us. Showed her the screen shots & the call log & she said she would have to “talk to her boss because they were having issues with online scheduling” I must have imagined the phone call lmao. I had the worst experience in my life here. I cannot leave my home without a ballcap on. I’m so embarrassed! I went in for a trim and side bangs. The stylist I will call “C” dry cut my hair!! I have never even heard of this. She could have at least sprayed it with water. I would have paid for a shampoo, It was close to closing and I think she just wanted to go home. But my hair looks rough and shaggy not clean edges and my side bangs she cut long to short not short to long.they are opposite of a face frame. Wow. I. So embarrassed .now I’m going to need to pay someone else to fix her mistake. Very disappointed .

Went in for a trim. My hair was cut crooked. I was charged the full price for shampoo and cut even though I didn’t get a shampoo or even had my hair wet. It was not a great experience and I won’t use this location again. Haircut
