Absolutely the worse haircut I’ve ever had. I asked for it to be shoulder length, and layers cleaned up a little bit with some face framing. The weight of my hair was pulling down my curls. What I got was completely uneven chopped up mess. I went back and the woman who helped me did the best she could. If I went back again I would be bald in spots. It will take months before I don’t have to wear a hat.

I kinda made a mess of my hair from bleaching and coloring. She gave me the exact cut she wanted to get rid of the damage, my hair looks so much better and healthier. She was very professional and pleasant, working around face masks is probably difficult enough but I also wear a hearing aid and she was definitely more understanding of that than some other people. If I could give a negative one, I would. I went for a trim and got 2 inches cut off of my hair, not to mention they gave me bangs, that I didn’t want, that are uneven! I asked as soon as I walked in if the knew how to cut curly hair and the reply I got was, “ma’am we’ve been doing this for many years.” They didn’t even answer my question. Then the last who did my hair proceeded to ask other stylists what to do. I honestly cried for and hour after because I went from long, beautiful curly hair that was at chest length, to shoulder length uneven hair. So disapointed.
