Critical: QualityI have been going there for 3 years now. Always a little wary because of the turn over in stylists. I just got the worst hair cut of my life ! The girl claimed to be the manager of the location. If so she should stick to bookkeeping ! I gave clear directions as to the length I wanted my hair. She scalped me ! I have been going there for 3 years now. Always a little wary because of the turn over in stylists. I just got the worst hair cut of my life ! The girl claimed to be the manager of the location. If so she should stick to bookkeeping ! I gave clear directions as to the length I wanted my hair. She scalped me ! Then she had the nerve to imply I should tip ! Will return but will never let this young person cut my hair or groom my dog !!!!!

Critical: Professionalism, QualityI am a guy, just needed a trim, as long as it looked some what ok, I would of been happy. The damage they did in 10 minutes is unbelievable. Senile staff with no clue. Asked for trim, they cut off 4 inches, I intered a hippy, came out with a crew cut. She said my old hair cut looked like a girls haircut. I am a guy, just needed a trim, as long as it looked some what ok, I would of been happy. The damage they did in 10 minutes is unbelievable. Senile staff with no clue. Asked for trim, they cut off 4 inches, I intered a hippy, came out with a crew cut. She said my old hair cut looked like a girls haircut. I didn’t matter what I asked for.

Critical: QualityHad a walk in hair cut. Expected a wait with only one employee there at the time which I had no problem with. The staff was friendly but had three issues.1st. They left multiple long visible hairs at my hair line ( I had a buzz cut so they were easy to spot once I got home and had a longer look in the mirror )2nd. I asked them to blend my side burns into my beard and even said to let me know if my mask straps would get in the way. After taking off my mask at home I saw they did not blend my side burns into my beard as asked.3rd and the most infuriating was that they trimmed my eyebrows without asking or telling me. At the time they asked me to close my eyes I thought they were going to fix the hair line after the buzz cut but the comb went over my eyebrows and before I realized what they did I had paid and left. Granted I should have noticed in store but even if I had you can’t un-cut hair. first and last time I will be going there. kind staff does not make up for poor work.
