I took my mother here last year in May for her birthday to finally get a haircut and style. The girl had the nerve to tell my mom she couldn’t get the haircut she wanted because my mother had thinner hair, ignorant young females working obviously need to speak with more respect. Telling my mother “you can tell you always wear your hair in a ponytail” then after seeing my friends haircut my god, these girls need to be sat down and taught some manners, love supporting my local businesses, trust me I spend and I can promise you I won’t be walking near this place again nor my family and friends.

Critical: Professionalism, QualityI have contemplated posting this, but I went in a couple weeks ago. I wish I could post pictures because this woman did a terrible job. There were pieces of my hair that were an inch to 2 inches longer than the rest of my hair, it was and still is extremely choppy. I asked her to cut off about 3 inches off and to thin out the ends. She only cut off maybe an inch and a half in some areas and 3 inches in others. She had terrible customer service, got upset because I brought my newborn in. Barely said a word to me the entire time, it was very awkward and uncomfortable. Absolutely do not recommend ever going here.I have contemplated posting this, but I went in a couple weeks ago. I’m always grateful for the care and attention Jen gives me for my regular hair cuts! They were also super kind when I got a cut from another hairdresser and was unhappy. I returned within 48 hours with my receipt and they quickly took me to fix it to my preferences! Greater customer service!

I’ve been a client for over 4 years. The entire staff is amazing. It’s like catching up with long time friends. They are always friendly and professional. Whenever I call to make my coloring appointment I am on a first-name basis. I’d like to point out that you can book haircuts (only) appointments 1 hour beforehand to put your name on the waiting list. So it may appear someone just walking in goes ahead of you; however, that person has been added to the list prior. Any of the stylists will take great care of you. I do recommend Alex P! 🙂
