Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI have been a customer for years. I have enjoyed the rewards program that issued coupons upon points received. I contacted the home office regarding no longer receiving these rewards, and they said that that the North Cost Cutters no longer participates in this reward program. And I was supposed to contact the manager of the salon I use. I have been a customer for years. I have enjoyed the rewards program that issued coupons upon points received. I contacted the home office regarding no longer receiving these rewards, and they said that that the North Cost Cutters no longer participates in this reward program. And I was supposed to contact the manager of the salon I use. I’m wondering why the rewards program was discontinued and if it will be re-instated some time soon.

Critical: QualityI was just a this location and had a hair cut. I asked for back and sides to be cut short and the top be long . Very simple. First I was given a fade on sides and back. I didn’t ask for a fade. It’s also uneven and there little patches of longer hair behind my ears. I tried call to the manager about it but was put on hold and then hung up on. I can’t believe I paid for this train wreck of a haircut. So now I will be forced to shave my head to just even things out. I was just a this location and had a hair cut. I asked for back and sides to be cut short and the top be long . Very simple. First I was given a fade on sides and back. I didn’t ask for a fade. It’s also uneven and there little patches of longer hair behind my ears. I tried call to the manager about it but was put on hold and then hung up on. Critical: ProfessionalismI went and got my hair done by Alyssa and she did not make any conversation with me and I felt uncomfortable sitting in silence. She cut my hair while it was still dry which I do not understand. When I did my deep conditioning I was only under there for half of the time I was suppose to be. She left parts of my hair uncurled while curling my hair. She took 45 minutes to curl my whole head and still didn’t even get all of the hair on my head curled. I went and got my hair done by Alyssa and she did not make any conversation with me and I felt uncomfortable sitting in silence. She cut my hair while it was still dry which I do not understand. When I did my deep conditioning I was only under there for half of the time I was suppose to be. She left parts of my hair uncurled while curling my hair.
