Lori was awesome. Went as a walk in. Showed her a picture of what I wanted. She did a great job but I asked for a few changes. Walked out with a perfect cut. Exactly what I wanted! Will go to her from now on!!! I need to add that this is the cut I’ve asked for many times at different places and nobody ever got it right!! Happy with the stylists there and the price. Went back a few days later to buy the shampoo and conditioner she used. Since the bottle was way too large I wanted the smaller version of the same and was hand a smaller bottle. She handed me this and when I got home and used it I found out it had an extreme fragrance of colone not at all the same as its larger counterpart . I’m not from grand forks so I called there and they said I could exchange it. ….well in the mean time I’m stuck . Always be sure what you are buying is what it really is! 🙁

This place is better than sports clips and great clips. A lot less busy too. The people working there actually talk to you and can relate, unlike any other place here. That one star review is probably another bogus review you will find on any business. If your kid is screaming inside a business, and you can’t situate the problem, learn to be a parent. I got an absolutely great haircut and will be now be a loyal customer. The stylist I had, Hillary, was so kind and I chatted with her enthusiastically! That is because everywhere else I go they seem to force conversation. She was very smart and cleaned me thoroughly to the point of having zero trimmings after it was done. I have never left a Google review, but after coming here I felt obliged to express my gratitude. You save so much time if you go there. There is no wait, and you can call in ahead unlike Great Clips and Sports Clips. I used to always go to Sports Clips for 3 years, but now I’m over watching sports with mediocre stylists and forced convo. Try it for yourself, haha I liked it so much this review seems fake.

I got a great cut. I have a normal stylist that is on a leave of absence and I always find it nerveracking to see someone new. Hillary could tell how my hair is regularly cut and styled by looking and feeling through it. She did a fabulous job and it is EXACTLY what I wanted. Another added bonus was the sale on products. I was pleasantly surprised when nothing was pushed onto me as far as products to use, however I did need some things and they were buy one get one half off. My initial nerveracking day turned out to be a pleasant look good, feel good, not break the bank day.
