I had an appointment July 16th, 2022. I was way early and I could see the guy was busy so I went to walk around the mall for a bit. I came back at my scheduled time and now there’s a lady to help. She comes around the corner and with a snotty attitude asks “Yes?” I said I had an appointment. She checks me in and again with the snotty tone in her voice tells me to sit. Not one minute after I sit down another lady comes in and the rude lady comes around the corner all smiles and greets her kindly and asks how she is doing and takes her right back. Ok, so maybe I’m the other person’s appt. No problem, but I left because of the snotty attitude she gave me. Why is she super friendly and nice to one person and the other person she treats horrible? I could see if I was being rude, but I wasn’t. If I wanted to get treated like garbage, I’d get back with my ex.

Gal who answered seemed a little short. The lady who cut my sons hair didn’t seem to have much experience with cutting kids hair. My son is 16 months and no he is not going to keep his head straight the whole time…sorry. I brought with snacks and helped out. He wasn’t being bad but she kind of gave up and said are you okay with his neck line not being perfect. She missed pieces by his ears. Was not impressed and probably won’t go back.

I took my two daughters here. We got two different hairdressers. Both were fabulous, kind and great at their jobs. The whole atmosphere was all good vibes. All of the employees seemed happy and that they liked their jobs & each other. I highly recommend!

Called and made an appointment for my grandson and when I went in (appt time they gave) they didn’t put the appointment down, she asked if it was another store. I double checked the number and it was that one!..very disappointed!! Needless to say I just walked out..I had to rearrange schedule for that appointment.
