Came in to have my daughters and my hair cut. She just cut a strait line across for my daughters hair for a trim. For mine, she said she was doing layers, but after I left I found multiple sections of my hair were inches shorter than the rest. My hair looked like a staircase at the bottom. Never again. Had Cheryl and gave her two references of the haircut I wanted. Didn’t turn out the haircut that I wanted. Didn’t fully appreciate the strange questions she was asking me out of blue such as “where you born here in the USA?” or “Do you speak a different language?” Just because I am a Asian woman. Brenda was very accomodating when my teen son wasn’t completely satisfied with the first try. She brought up pictures on her phone and talked him through it so we got it perfect in only about 10 more minutes.
