Friendly stylist, not the best job, I’m still cutting little sections that she had missed, but friendly. The app is really nice, it tells you how long it’ll be before it’s your turn, giving you the option of waiting at home or somewhere or going to the salon and waiting there.

My regular stylist is out on an apparent emergency. I booked with another stylist over a week ago. I had to take a half day vacation in order to make this appointment at 12:30pm today. I just received a call at 11:15 telling me they had to cancel my appointment because of someone else not showing up, so couldn’t do color today. Wanted to know if I could book for tomorrow. Ahhh, no, if I could have would have booked it for Saturday in the first place and not been taking a vacation day. Apparently, there is more money in haircuts to people off the street than there is to a customer who has been loyal to Cost Cutters for many years. Color, foil, cut, eyebrows, that a nice chunk of change. Totally done with them, will find another shop.

I have wavy/curly hair and I will only go to Lori for my haircuts, she’s the best. Been going there for about 15 years and will definitely keep returning! EDIT: sadly this Cost Cutters location has closed, but Lori and a couple other of the stylists have moved the the Woodbury location.

Very nice place that does great cuts. I always get compliments on my hair cut. Always willing to accommodate you. I was just there and informed that they are closing this location. So very sorry to lose this great place. This weekend is the last. October they are closed.

Called and they told me if I could come in in 20 minutes they’d be able to get me in for a cut. When I got there at 6 (2 hours before close) the woman on had to finish up a cut and said she wanted that to be her last cut for the day. Told them I had called less than a half hour ago to confirm and all they told me was “oh, yeah, sorry about that”. Not sure why a place closes 2 hours before they’re supposed to but they’ve lost my business indefinitely.

Will never get my hair cut here again. Mediocrity at best. General attitude of not caring what kind of job they do. I can cut my hair better or just as bad. They really dont appreciate getting tipped well either. No More.
