Positive: ProfessionalismI came in with about 3-4 layers of black box dyed hair. My roots were grown out about a good 4 inches. I wanted to get my hair corrected & lightened enough that I could then color it red myself. The price was given to me up front, but the stylist ended up using more than what was anticipated so the price ended up being double what was guessed. It wasn’t a huge issue to me because I was well prepared for it to be costly. I would say the end result of the lightening wasn’t a complete success, however, with that being said I believe they did the best they could do. Black box dye, you never know what your result is going to be until you do it. I also got my hair cut 4-5 inches & i love this new length. I would say the red laid on pretty well.
