My husband and I randomly walked in to see if we could get a walk in appointment for four three year old daughter, we were greeted right away by a super sweet young women. It was my daughters first professional hair cut! She was so nervous but excited! Miranda was the women that cut her hair and was so sweet, careful and went above and beyond. She was extra gentle with my wild child’s hair and my daughter felt comfortable with her! I can’t recommend Miranda enough she was everything my daughter needed at the time and she made it a comfortable and memorable experience!!

Booked online. Appointment was for 11:40. Got there at 11:43. The person who checked me in said “there were no appointments for that time” EVEN though I had a confirmation. She said “I was even late”. She seemed really rude. I made another appointment for later on. I really hope she isn’t the person who cuts my hair and I hope she isn’t there when I go back. If the time isn’t available you shouldn’t have it online.

Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityI went to get a haircut booked it online, when I arrived I was asked for my name. Gave my info and was told I had no appointment reserved. Showed the woman behind the counter my confirmation email as well as a screenshot of all the info I was giving when I booked. She still was convinced I wasn’t telling the truth. I was offered a haircut appointment some 4 or 5 hours later and 10% off. How can I have all my info for a appointment and not be honored…instead I’m shoved out of the store asked to come back 5 hours later for 10% off?! Are you serious. It’s cold in Wisconsin in January! I arrived to my appointment 5 minutes early, not even knowing they opened when my appointment was, and I tried the door. Locked. No big deal, I saw a couple girls go in a few minutes beforehand, there’s no way they’d let me stand out here and freeze! I was wrong. The lady was standing right there, 6 feet in front of me, and she wouldn’t open the door. Then, when it turned 9:00 exactly, she went and turned on the lights and disappeared. Door still locked. So I turned around and went back to my car. I couldn’t possibly give these ppl money after they couldn’t even extend human decency. I work in customer service. 5 minutes to you on the inside was forever outside. My car was on the other side of the parking lot, I thought, there’s no way they aren’t going to let me stand in the doorway at least.
