I got a new girl to cut my hair, I think it was her first haircut. This girl was very nice and friendly but when i left, one side of my head looks much different from the other and could be repaired. Luckily I wear a hat most of the time. I think in the future, before you possibly ruin someone’s day and/or head of hair, you should tell the customer ahead of time that they possibly could get “butchered”! Also don’t charge someone full price for training someone to cut hair, im not a crash test dummy!! I realize new people need to be trained but if I was getting my hair cut before a important event and this was done to me, I would be extremely upset!!

I made an appointment and I showed up an hour early. I walked in and was greeted by Kari (I believe that’s her name) and I asked if I can be in earlier and she said NO we have appointments at 12:15 and 12:30. NOT one customer in the store and 3 women on staff sitting around doing nothing.

Been going to them for about 10 years I’m a last minute walk in like to get my hair done to make myself feel better . 2 months ago went in got the worst cut of my life 1st when she shampooed me she got the front and back of my top all wet (then she put a cape on) I ask for the back layer, shaved the back to the skin up about 1″ , the sides not even and front when it falls forward looks like she use a pinking shears 1st 2 weeks after went nowhere went in today it is long enough to try and fix it she was there told her I would never let her cut my hair again an walked out

I had a hair cut one day she was rushy and made is seem like I was and unconvince whe. People started walking in the door. When I told her I didn’t like it she got snappy. She fixed some of it I still didn’t like it I went back to get it back fixed and colored the lady did an amazing job coloring my hair love it and she fixed it. It wasn’t comfortable though like we sat in silence the whole time and when I asked her questions it seemed to annoy her.
