Love this place we moved to eau claire and I still go all the way to Menomonie just to get my hair done by kallie she is awesome and will always do my hair exactly how I want it done I will come in with pictures and she always nails it! I came in a few days ago to get what I call a emo fringe lol, which is very complicated to do from my perspective at least and she did it spot on! So if you’re every looking to get a haircut and try something different with your hair you definitely can trust this place 100% to do so!

Rushed me and didn’t give me the look I requested. They trimmed my hair excessively.I specifically requested a medium length, angled bob hair cut. I said up to my collarbone and even showed her the picture i requested!! The lady, excessively cut my hair very short to a regular bob. Im very sad walking around like dora the explorer!!!

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI am so thankful for Cost Cutters in Menomonie. We walked in for the kids’ hair cut – no appointment necessary. We could sit in their chairs to wait, without doors locked behind us. We were treated like people, not a plague. And they did a great job cutting hair! Thank you Cost Cutters! Critical: QualityWent in for a trim; I told her about 3 inches, just longer than the chin. I ended up with a “bob” cut to my earlobes, a total of about six inches off (except for the one random strand that was an inch longer than the rest!). Additionally, she cut my bangs unevenly and far too short. Some of the staff here can cut hair well, but you don’t have a choice of who you get, and a few are young and simply unexperienced. I had to go to a different salon to get it fixed, so I paid $50 for a haircut much shorter than I wanted.Plus, the mask mandate is not enforced. Maybe other people are better than some at their jobs here, but I just got a simple haircut and it is very uneven. I still see split ends from chunks of hair that didn’t get to touch their scissors. some of my hair is 2 inches shorter than the rest. they rushed the cut and that might be why
