He got a cut and beard trim for a good price done by friendly stylist Erin. I got highlights/hair cut/ deep shampoo and conditioner from her, and she made sure I was satisfied with the outcome. Hardworking and loyal employees are treated as a number, not as a valuable asset to the company. Disappointing, as there are quite a few genuinely talented stylists working there- all GROSSLY underpaid and underappreciated. The Burger King of hair salons. Also very drug addict-friendly, for both employees and customers. As a former employee, I was gaslit by the owner who fired me for closing the salon 3 minutes early for my OWN SAFETY. A potential “customer” called while I was working ALONE AT NIGHT and asked me to stay open for him, as he wanted a haircut..he had on previous occasions done some type of drug in our restroom for extended periods of time. I locked the door! I had also taken an extended leave of absence prior to this due to the stresses of this ridiculous job and Cyndi Kennedy had the gall to say that I was lucky that she allowed this to happen. All with a gigantic smile on her face. Six years of my life wasted. I could not collect unemployment because I “discriminated against” said customer. I can forgive but I will never forget. On the other hand, GREAT CLIPS is a FANTASTIC COMPANY to work for!

My hairdresser was excellent and I loved the foils she did for low lights. The cost for ten foils is $35 and that’s a deal! If you want more than 10 it will cost more but it was perfect for me!

I was having some hair issues and I didn’t want to spend a lot of money. I was very skeptical about this place due to the reviews. However, I was proven wrong. Missy gave my the cutest new hairstyle I have had in ages for such an amazing deal! I highly recommend her! I would go back to her or any salon she worked at just to get her service!

I have been going to Cost Cutters for years for all of my hair care needs, the staff has always been very polite and knowledgeable about what products to use for my hair type. Not only have I been coming here, I have been bring my son since his first hair cut 10 years ago, the staff has always made him feel comfortable and they have even shared tips with me on the different styles that are in these days. They take their time to show him how to style his hair and he has always had a smile on his face when he was done.

Recommend avoiding this location…had a really off experience here, and am still smarting from the poor hair cut. I told the stylist multiple times that I only like one-length hair, and yet she still pulled out texturing scissors and went to town, leaving me with bits and pieces of 6-10 inch locks in my 20-inch long hair. Additionally, the demeanor and attitude was a bit a huge turnoff; I was told they couldn’t tone my hair when I walked in (yes, it can be and is light enough to be toned), and there was a lot of product push (as well as a clear display of certificates about her being the top product sales person).

Great place! Decent prices for family haircuts! The staff was very friendly and did an excellent job. I was a walk-in and they got me in right away! It was super cool! If recommend them to anyone!
