Positive: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueJade is an amazing stylist, she knows how to give an amazing cut and color. She’s professional, and she listened to what I wanted. Especially when they are so short staffed she still managed to take me in on time. We have to be patient everywhere is hurting for employees and they are doing the best that they can, they are on there feet 10 +hours a day with back to back clients all day with no complaints I would recommend this salon. And I would definitely pick jade!!! She’s amazing can’t say that enough !!!! Jade is an amazing stylist, she knows how to give an amazing cut and color. She’s professional, and she listened to what I wanted. Especially when they are so short staffed she still managed to take me in on time. Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI just took my 3 yr old daughter & my 4 year old there just now for their haircuts let’s just start this review with how rude they were the second we walked in. With the asking of style I wanted to the actual cut they were straight serious and not any fun for the kids considering its their first hair cut. They gave no certificate for a first hair cut nor were they kind to my children. They were so rude and just a blah service. I tipped $2 to each lady since two did my two kids hair. But they deserve zero. The lack of enthusiasm and kindness was INSANE and I’m completely unsatisfied with the service they just gave us. I DO NOT recommend people taking their children to this establishment, especially for a first hair cut!!! I just took my 3 yr old daughter & my 4 year old there just now for their haircuts let’s just start this review with how rude they were the second we walked in. With the asking of style I wanted to the actual cut they were straight serious and not any fun for the kids considering its their first hair cut. Critical: Punctuality, ValueI stopped at cost cutters in Rhinelander this morning in the hopes of getting a haircut. I have had my haircut there before and I gave a little slack on the other occasion’s for what I consider to be poor service for the price. This morning I get there at 8:55 as it opens up at 9 o’clock. Well they only had one person on staff to begin with, And that staff person wasn’t ready to even open at that time. Set aside the fact that a woman cut in front of me getting in the door so she could be 1st in line, I was then told that my haircut wouldn’t be scheduled until 10:00 a.m. Because the staff person needed time to still get the till ready and get things up and running before the 1st haircut. Which should have been me in the first place.The bottom line is the staff there is not very well trained as that staff person should have had everything ready to go for the 1st haircut by the time 9:00 a.m. came around As well as the fact they should have had more than one person on staff at that time period. I’m sorry but for $17 for a haircut I truly expect much better and efficient service than that. I truly do not recommend this cost cutters to anyone. I stopped at cost cutters in Rhinelander this morning in the hopes of getting a haircut. I have had my haircut there before and I gave a little slack on the other occasion’s for what I consider to be poor service for the price.
