Critical: QualityThe people were nice but they completely chopped up my hair. I showed my stylist a few different reference photos as to what I wanted, short but blended and just about an inch an a half off the top. The people were nice but they completely chopped up my hair. I showed my stylist a few different reference photos as to what I wanted, short but blended and just about an inch an a half off the top. I didn’t get the nice hair blend from short to longer at the top, and she went overboard in the back where my cowlick is, which makes it stick straight out.

Haircut itself was fine but it took about 30 minutes too long to actually get it cut. I had checked in online for an appointment at the top of the hour and got there five minutes early. I waited for 15 minutes and asked when I would be up because people walking in after me were already being helped but was told it was done in walk in order. Why bother having the online system at all then?

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityI usually don’t do this but the experience I had here was really terrible. I set up an appointment and I was told 30 minutes I left and came back 30 minutes later. I sat waiting for another 45 minutes after my appointment and finally got to get my hair cut. I politely asked if I could get a coupon for having to wait so long. The younger lady with glasses got extremely angry sat me down cut my hair pushing and slapping my head hard cut my hair in 5 minutes sprayed me in the face with the water bottle and was just completely rude. Critical: QualityWent in to get a nice shoulder length Bob with some rounding pieces around my face, came out with a uneven haircut and nothing like I asked. Gave me layers when it was a straight cut. It’s shorter then I wanted and I am unable to make it look good. I’m very unhappy. Hopefully it will grow out nicely. Will not recommendService: Haircut

Sent my friend home with absolutely terrible hair that was embarrassing. When the original stylist was trying to fix the problem Ramona shoved my friend out because it was close to closing time and she just wanted to go home and sent my friend home with half dyed hair, roots not even dyed with the color, and hair that was missed while being dyed the color. Leaving her with 3 different colors in her hair. Roots dark brown, some blonde, and orange pieces.
