Critical: ProfessionalismI have been getting hair cuts here since my Mom brought me here throughout grade school. In need of a cut, I went online last night and saw the shop opened at 9am Thursday morning. I went this morning (Thursday) at 9:02, noticed there were 3 or 4 people sitting outside already. (Presumably checked in and waiting) and entered the shop to check myself in (as is the policy). Before I could say a single word a stylist (Michelle) told me I’ll have to wait outside, and I just cut in front of all those people and they were first. To make a long story short, that was very rude and I took my business elsewhere. After leaving I immediately called the salon to let them know I planned to post this review and that a person should probably take a deep breath before getting elevated with people as this behavior cost them a customer. Just poor practice. I have been getting hair cuts here since my Mom brought me here throughout grade school. In need of a cut, I went online last night and saw the shop opened at 9am Thursday morning. Critical: PunctualityI was told that only would take walks ins for haircuts. They wouldn’t let me book anytime on the phone. I had to drive 30 minutes there and find out they won’t take me for 4 hours. Go somewhere professional it’s worth it. I can’t waist all day running back and forth just to get a haircut.
