If there was an option to put 0 stars I would. Just getting in for the haircut was stressful not cuz they were busy but because of the way they operate and rudeness. Then they rushed through the hair cut to the point we’re it’s uneven and not even close to how short I wanted it. Didn’t want to say anything cuz the girl was struggling and had no help. I don’t recomend this place to anybody. I do not normally write reviews but I felt it was important because my experience was so poor

I don’t care how desperate I am to get my son’s hair cut, I will never go here again. The only woman there was so rude and unprofessional, angrily saying to the customers “You people aren’t going to give me a break, are you?” She was clearly overwhelmed, but the attitude was unnecessary. She was rushing through haircuts and I should have walked out because we left with the most awful hack job. Embarrassingly awful. I took my son home and had to fix what I could, but I’m just hoping the hair on his neck grows back quickly.

Critical: ProfessionalismWent there to get a haircut today and there was only 2 people ahead of me. Fine. But the guy before me was in and out. I waited 40 mins!! The lady that cut my hair made me feel as if I was interrupting her day by asking to get a haircut. Totally did not interact with me like all the other cost cutters stylist I’ve been to in Wausau. She also got done with the customer before me and I asked if she was ready for me. Told me no she still needed to clean her station. Cool…well she did that then went into the back room and i sat waited for another 10 or 15 mins waiting for her to come back out. The other stylist had to go in the back room to see what she was doing, while leaving the client she was cutting his hair. Totally unprofessional on the part of the lady cutting my hair. I will never return here. Just upset on how long I had to wait and how unprofessional the lady was and made me feel unappreciated that I was there.
