My husband was told the soonest they could get him in was a half hour, but he could make an appointment to guarantee his slot at that time. He made one, then sat in his truck right outside the door because there was not enough room inside. They accepted a walk-in five minutes before his time, and told him he’d be next. That was the second time he’s had issues with getting in and was very frustrated with the service.

I went in with brown hair and wanted to get a hair cut and blonde highlights so after my hair cut took a little over the highlights started. When I first seen my hair I was upset I noticed it didn’t look right my highlights were more yellow than blonde and right in the front there was brown in the middle of the blonde in the front so the girl attempts to fix it and after the 3 hours of sitting there I just left said it was good enough. Later that night my friend looks at my hair and notices my hair isn’t right either. The back of my hair had a bunch of hot spots and the highlights weren’t right up to my scalp so I went back and they ended up dying my hair back to my natural brown after that was done. I spent a total of 4 hours in the salon my hair back to natural color they didn’t want to refund my money. I had to fight for my money back calling repeatedly and getting really upset I got most of my money back because ” they didn’t want to deal with it” the girl that did my hair should have told me how bad my hair looked instead she kept quiet and never even said sorry nobody said sorry for the time it took or for the highlights not being right. Very bad service

First time my son got a haircut here they did a terrible job. The cut had areas that were not blended so it looked like there were uneven lines with a buzzer all over and the longer top was cut unevenly. I fixed it at home because the girl didn’t see anything wrong and was getting rude. We went back when he needed it cut again to give it another try. Big mistake. This time we looked through a book, showed the girl a picture, she glanced at it and got him in a chair. It was nothing like the picture and now too much hair is gone to fix it so that it could be similar to what he wanted. We will not go back.
