I typically frequent this Cost cutters due to it’s location, prices and customer service. Recently though I got my hair cut by their hair stylist Lisa and she did a 10/10 job and was friendly and professional. As long as she’s working there I’ll keep coming back. I recommend her highly. Don’t normally frequent this salon, how ever woke up on Saturday 1/28 and wanted to get a hair cut. I had trista, very good hair dresser! How ever… I asked to cut my hair to shoulder length and well to my surprise my hair came out way shorter then shoulder length. My hair is at the base of my neck definitely not shoulder length, my over all experience was good minus this hiccup.

Excellent cut. Today (2/18/23) was probably the best (most thorough) cut I received. A brush was used to “scrub” my hair up from wearing a b.ball cap and an electric razor was used to super cleaned the edges. Well done!

The worst hair cut I ever got. I said And showed a picture to the hair stylist and even told her my bangs would rise up a lot. I showed her with my hand how long I wanted the. WITH ONE STRAIGHT ACROSS IT WAS TO LATE. I open my eyes and had gone from eight inch bangs to bangs up halfway between my eye brows and my hairline. I was devastated. My hair was all the way down my back to my lower waistline. She butchered my hair and was just going to leave it a mess. I had to take a breath and insist she cut my hair from that point as I said. Stylist had long curry blond hard (80’s look), medium built, and about 40 or so. All I can say is, NEVER AGAIN will this person touch my hair. I would of done better with a DIY YouTube video.
