Scheduled an appointment for 1pm and ended up showing up early. We got in at about 12:50, I had scheduled a shampoo and a hair cut for my daughter. Got in and had her hair washed and cut and I asked if her hair could be blow dried since it was still very wet and I was told, “I don’t have time, we have other haircuts waiting.” And she motioned at the people waiting in front. The time was 1:08pm. I was aware it would cost more to get it blow dried and a couple of curls tossed in but I wasn’t even given the option. The stylist didn’t bother to talk to my daughter at all basically. Very unprofessional and it will cause me to not return.

Came in last Sunday 8/14 for an all over blonde balayage with a cut and wash, i showed her a picture of what I exactly wanted and I highly recommended Reilly for doing your hair, she asks you every couple of minutes if you need a break, if you want a water or need a snack. But The one thing I didn’t like was when she was washing my hair and rinsing out the excess color she had me sit uncomfortable with my head tipped back for 10 mins with my eyes staring at the bright lights. Other than that my cut looks even and exactly how I wanted it to look! She was also very talkative and focused.

Son came in to get a hair cut, Awful……ask for the top of hair to not be touched or cut!! top of the hair got cut and cut short!! needed a fade from a zero to to top. looks like she used like a 3 and missed some spots in the back. I now have to go to different place to fix the mistakes. thought it was an easy hair cut. will not return to this place ever again.

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, ValueI called at 11am and scheduled an appointment for 12:45 that day, just for a simple shampoo and condition. The girl was nice enough, washed my hair, put me under the dryer and then forgot about me. The dryer did not dry my hair at all. Meanwhile other people who arrived long after I did were finishing their services and leaving. One lady came after me to get her face waxed, she was in and out. By this time it’s 2pm and I’m still sitting under the dryer. ONE HOUR she made me sit there and wait for her. She never came back so I took the bag off, clips out, and went to leave. She said “excuse me but you have to pay”. For what!? You didn’t do anything! So I paid sans tip, and walked out into 20 degree mid-december weather with dripping wet hair. Now they were clearly understaffed, and super busy. There were alot of people calling for appointments, and a lot of walk-ins. It was just the two girls working there. They should have understood their situation and capabilites and turned people away, at least the walk-ins. I called beforehand and made an appointment, which apparently doesn’t matter.
