I asked for a simple haircut with my hair to line up with my armpit line and it got cut just below my shoulders. Fine it happens. Took my daughter in the next weekend and we asked for it to be cut to her shoulders. It ended up being pretty much below her ears. She cried when she saw it and is still crying two days later. The lady was nice when cutting it (we had the same person both times) but did not do what we asked at all.

Be wary scheduling a simple, cheap trim at this branch. They will call and cancel your appointment if a customer getting a coloring done is running late. They won’t apologize either. I guess it’s all about money and not about customer service. I remember when being late meant you were the one out of luck.

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityIf you have a mullet don’t come here and waste your time. They cut mine and did it completely uneven and was borderline impossible to fix. I told them exactly what I wanted and what I have gotten at other hair cut places and they’ve done it correctly, but Cost Cutters on the other hand cut the top way shorter then what my sides were and left the back completely untouched even though I asked them to cut 3 inches off the back and they still couldn’t do that. I wish I could give 0 stars. I asked for a simple trim not hard at all, she only gave me a bald spot she left me so uneven, she gave up on the cut. I left with a soaking wet head and terrible haircut. Would not recommend for anyone worst place I’ve ever been to.
