After calling 4 times first thing in the morning to no answer, so I scheduled an appointment for the afternoon with their scheduling app. Appointment was accepted and confirmed. I checked back an hour later and the appointment had been canceled. I called and asked why. I was told she was really busy and booked for the rest of the day. Not cool to have a scheduling app, with a confirmation, and then cancel the appointment. Not blaming the person I talked to. This location needs more hairdressers and longer hours to keep up with demand.

Cut my hair way shorter than what I asked and what I thought we both understood was wanted. She even touched the spot on my back (about 3 inches down) where it would touch and I said I liked that length but then she turned me around so I couldn’t see and my hair is now above my shoulders. Hairstylist was also super rude. I asked to get my hair thinned out because it’s very thick and while doing that she made a gross face and said “Your hair is so bulky”. Like, that’s why I’m asking you to thin it out. Asked me what I was doing after and when I responded said that it was “lame”. You would think she’d pretend to be interested. Would rate 0, I cried for like 2 hours straight

Always friendly staff. My 2 yo daughter had cut her hair off which was extremely uneven and unsightly. She was able to make a very edgy pixie cut put of it which looks absolutely adorable on her. Will definitely go back.
