Terrible experience. My brother and I both scheduled haircuts, when we got there, there were 3 ladies working and they only did my haircut while the other two ladies sat on their phones instead of helping out my brother. I got my haircut by a lady named Erin, and she was extremely snarky and rude. Making passive aggressive comments the whole time making me feel uncomfortable and disrespected. Won’t ever be going back.

Waste of time. Scheduled an appointment for 5:30 pm. Got a msg my stylist was ready at 5:06. Arrived at 5:20. Was told it would be a few mins which is fine because my scheduled time was 5:30. I left at 5:50 with no haircut.. what’s the point of scheduling. Get a clue!
