My autistic son went (on his own) and got a very nice cut. He said it was easy and the person was nice to him. My stylist of a daughter-in-law usually cuts his hair and he is comfortable with her but he will definitely return when she is unavailable to cut his hair. They were good to him here.

I have always used the Reedsburg location for a haircut all the girls are very professional. Critical: Professionalism, QualityWent to get a haircut here as needed a last minute trimming and was the only place open. Asked for about an inch off, left with around three-four inches cut off. As I sat in the chair and the stylist was brushing through, she had asked when I had my hair cut last and where it was done at. I told her about three months ago at this same cost cutters, and with a disgusted look on her face she left to go to the counter with the other stylists and talk. She came back and said something along the lines of “that stylist who did your hair last does not work here anymore” with a nasty tone.As she was cutting my hair, she would repeatedly stop cutting and talk to the other stylists at the counter about other customers.I had also asked for a hair thinning as I have thick curly/wavy hair. She answered with how she does not thin out curly hair and would recommend layers instead. I have never had a problem with getting my hair thinned out, and stylists always have thinned out my hair regardless of me asking or not.Unprofessional salon and would not recommend. As I sat in the chair and the stylist was brushing through, she had asked when I had my hair cut last and where it was done at. Worst experience in my 70 years. I came in at 10:12 AM. Three people standing at desk, no customers. One person asked what I needed and I said a haircut. She looked at the schedule and said next client was at 11 am and no one a offered to give me a haircut. I said, there are three of you here and no one scheduled for 45 minutes and no one can help me. Finally, begrudgingly, Brittany offered. She clipped the back of my head as I asked and then seemingly was done. I had to ask her to trim crown and side. I am a cancer patient who has very little hair and this staff made me feel as if i was intruding on their day.

Stylist was rude, they were all standing out front of the store smoking when I arrived. For someone with asthma that is very unappealing. After about 5 minutes only one came in and said i would be helped shortly. I cant for the life of me remember her name but I know she had short spiked burgundy hair. After waiting another 5 minutes or so she, seeming very inconvenienced despite her doing nothing, decided to cut My hair. My haircut is awefull, crooked and not at all layered as I had asked. I will Never come back to this cost cutters for my self or kids and would not recommend friends or family to this location!
