Critical: Professionalism, QualityWent to cut about 7 inches of hair off. Huge deal for me. The lady there was from a different cost cutters. She was alone. She would cut my hair, then go try to fix this tanning bed for a customer who needed help, then she would cut some hair off me again then go call her boss to get help with the tanning bed. She was clearly flustered. Long story short, some of my hair is WAY longer than the rest and it is very noticeable. I asked if i could come in the next morning and cost cutters said they were booked. I then asked about the day after that, they were booked. I then called a 3rd time and said “you guys did it wrong and i dont think i need to wait until a week from now to get my hair fixed when its just a quick fix” the lady on the phone laughed out loud at me, got really snotty, and said yeah, thats not our fault. How wouldnt it be their fault for cutting my hair like that? She then got real snotty and said “well come in today and maybe ill do it” so now i have to drive there and not know if i will even get my hair fixed. This cost cutters is horrible!!! They also pull my skin off my eye brows when they wax them. Just horrible in columbus. Go to beaverdam or sun prarie! falicia (sorry if i spelt that wrong) did an amazing job on my daughters hair but angel not so much on mine i was supposed to get my hair washed and i wanted it braided as well but she only trimmed it and left it frizzy she didnt cut it enough and i am not happy at all with the service from her she rushed me in and out of the chair my hair is left the same as it was frizzy and barely anything off of the ends and after she got done with my hair she said on the chair that clients are supposed to sit in and sat on her phone while my daughter was getting finished with her hair.if u go their please ask for falicia not angel

I don’t ever trust hairstylists. EVER. Today I took a big step and went in. It was Christmas Eve so I was very pleased they could fit me in. I had burnt orange highly damaged hair going in not knowing what to expect. My hairdresser was Rachel and let me tell you, she was amazing. Very informative and planned everything out to get me blonde with minimal extra damage. She went above and beyond for over 3 hours to fix my hair. She gave me multiple hair tips as well. My hair didn’t get completely blonde (mind you my hair was very very orange and uneven) but I walked out with a smile on my face and hair on my head! Great pricing too! Thanks Rachel!

The manager was sitting at the desk with a full waiting area and wouldn’t do anything. She went in the back for 10 minutes and came back out and sighed super loud and finally took me back. She was talking to me like I was stupid the whole time, she wasn’t listening to me, she was talking about her dogs the WHOLE time. The girl next to her was swearing constantly and heard her talking about drugs. She didn’t care about her clients either as she was also talking about herself and cheating in her fiance.. Think her name started with an A or something. The place was a mess, nobody helped me with finding the right products. Awful experience. Would not recommend.

Don’t go here if you are going from brown to blonde. I explained in depth and with photos (of my own hair) that I did not want it to turn out a warm blonde I wanted a cool blonde. I was told it could be done. My hair turned out orange. The stylist then told me she doesn’t even dye her hair with their line of hair dye (after the fact). Tried to fix it with toner and highlights. 4 hours and $115 (with no blow dry or style) later it is still Orange. I got a number for someone in Randolph who fixed a friends hair who I found out had the exact same experience at the exact cost cutters.
