A great experience having my hair done here for the first time. My stylist was fantastic and really cares about customer service while you are there or on the phone. While my color turned out differently than I planned for, the cut and experience was very worth while. I will go back for sure. If you want a great stylist go see Tiffany!

I went in for a trim told her what I wanted. And walked out mortified. I don’t remember her name but it took her less than 15 minutes, probably closer to 10 to cut so much of my hair off. She cut the sides and top of my hair so short and uneven on both sides. Went to twelve salon to get it fixed and they did a great job but informed me that whoever did this haircut obviously didn’t care at all. I went in a little later in the evening which I understand is a little frustrating but if she didn’t want to do it she could’ve let me know so I could’ve gone somewhere where they care. I don’t recommend going here, I had two haircuts here that I enjoyed but will never be setting foot in a cost cutters again.

My hair is awful! She needs to go back to training! I told her a trim in back and can layer it! My sideburns are cur off to top of ears, and around my ears.. we won’t go there! The back of my hair I have on left side you can see my scalp! It is cut weird in length, it was long then short. I had a long piece on right side she missed! The sideburns well when got to them I showed her about where to cut them.. not cut them totally off! They are cut off up to tops of ears! My husband had to fix back and it looks better in length! But behind my ears and sideburns, no getting that back for while! Yes I am mad! It’s going to be a long time before I get my hair cut again! I don’t trust any hairdresser anymore!
