Critical: ProfessionalismI booked an appointment to get a full head of highlights 2 weeks in advance. Drove 1/2 hr, 1 away to get there & when I tell them I’m here for my appointment, they were clueless & kept asking if I am sure I booked the appointment with them. The person who took my appointment doesn’t know how to do the bookings apparently. I’m a mother, work full time & go to school. I have minimal time to get away. I booked an appointment to get a full head of highlights 2 weeks in advance. Drove 1/2 hr, 1 away to get there & when I tell them I’m here for my appointment, they were clueless & kept asking if I am sure I booked the appointment with them. Critical: PunctualityI used to come here for eyebrow waxing & hair care. The last several times I have called for an appointment, I can’t get in until the next day. When I “walk in” I still can’t get service for at least a couple hours. Yet on multiple occasions, I’ve seen one or two people just sitting at the register. I used to come here for eyebrow waxing & hair care. The last several times I have called for an appointment, I can’t get in until the next day. When I “walk in” I still can’t get service for at least a couple hours. Yet on multiple occasions, I’ve seen one or two people just sitting at the register. Other times there’s only one person running the entire shop. It’s ridiculous. I think I’m done with Cost Cutters altogether!!

Critical: QualityMade us sit to wait 10 minutes when there was two ladies in the store. Than decided to tell me that they didn’t have time to cut hair when there was one person doing nothing but walking around. Very unprofessional. Avoid this location.
