Apparently being empty means their booked up. Couldnt get a haircut here. Dont reccomend this place had to wait a couple minutes for someone to come out of the back to even tell me they were so called “Booked Up”. Were still empty when i was done shopping walmart 15 minutes later. Guess ill let my hair continue to grow past my shoulders. (UPDATE) Looks like other people are having the same issues with this location due to the reviews. Gonna call a cooperate number tm to see about getting this place written up doesnt even sound safe. So glad they didnt want to work the other day.

Terrible job giving simple haircut. A customer came in while she was giving me my haircut asking for a haircut. She said no there wasn’t enough time, 5 minutes later he comes back in asks if he gives her a big tip if she can get him in she says yes. Rushes through my haircut I have to tell her twice that it still looks terrible. Then I just got fed up and said that’s fine. Save yourself the headache of having to find someone to fix. Absolutely horrible. Never again!

I got there at 3:15 pm today, my appt was at 3:20 pm, and was checking out at 3:27 pm. No shampoo after my cut either. I had to ask her to blow dry my wet hair as it was 14 degrees outside. Got home and my left side is not blended and nice like my right side is. Had a haircut and the person who cut my hair seemed in a hurry. She kept looking at her watch and said her son was playing in a hockey tournament soon. I got there at 3:15 pm today, my appt was at 3:20 pm, and was checking out at 3:27 pm. No shampoo after my cut either. I had to ask her to blow dry my wet hair as it was 14 degrees outside. My husband and son went in there to get my sons hair cut. There was two employees in there and no one would even talk to them. So they decided to leave. Well when they got to the parking lot, my son walked in one last time just to see again if they would be able to cut his hair. Even though no one was in there still they decided to tell my son there was going to be a 50 minute wait for a kids hair cut.. This is not the first time this has happened and I’m sure it won’t be the last. The employees there are rude. We will not be going back there again.

She was done in 3 minutes, just buzzed everything even tho i asked her to cut the top. cut it too short. Also, she cut my neck twice digging in with the buzzer bad enough to make me bleed. She clearly didn’t want to be there. Horrible, there were no other customers and she rushed through. Haircut

The lady who cut my hair didn’t completely cut all of my hair and missed a bunch of long spots of hair on top. She didn’t pull all of my hair on top out of the way when fading the sides and cut some of the top hairs too short. So it looks like I have a bunch of baby hairs by the part in my hair. The fade is also a little spotty too. She also cut my mask off my face on accident. Definitely not coming back any time soon.

I am a college student and normally get my hair cut back home. But, I was really wanting a simple hair cut. With not really knowing where to go, I took a chance on cost cutters, and I’m very happy that I did. The hairdresser was very nice, and I love my new cut.

I have been going here for a few years with pretty good results most of the time. Unfortunately, the staff has changed again and I can honestly say that this last haircut is the WORST I have ever had, bar none!! If I could see a thing without my glasses this would not have happened. I asked for the same haircut I have had the last 3 visits, with a photo. I guess she needed glasses too!!!
