Critical: ProfessionalismI’ve never had a man cut my hair before but I decided to be open minded and boy was that a mistake. I told the man I believe his name is Greg but he never introduced himself so I’m not quite sure, that I wanted to lob basically long in front short in back. This man decided to do the exact opposite of what I asked and gave me short layers in front and long hair and back (like a fridge bulletin ). When he was done I felt highly uncomfortable to ask him to fix it since he had already butchered my hair. I went to another cost cutters location and the woman was nice enough to do her best to try to fix what have been done but unfortunately it will have to grow out. I love Bethany, if you have a chance to sit in her chair, do it. She listens and gives honest feedback. I’ve been going to her for years and so does my son. Now my daughter is going to her as well. My daughter has her do her hair, for her wedding. Absolutely best haircuts ever.

Pretty amazed to see these reviews. CC isn’t an expensive salon, it’s a place to get a haircut. And that’s what I’ve been doing there for the past two years. Unlike previous reviewers, this is the FIRST place I’ve been (I’m nearly 60 years old) that just cuts my hair, does a great job, and leaves the BS out. I do agree that she (and yes, it’s the manager who cuts my hair, too) is fast. 5 – 10 minutes and you’re done. So I imagine if you are into all the nuances, go down the street and pay $75. You’ll get your hour and your nuances. If you want a haircut for under $20 and no BS, this is your place. And the tattoos are nice.

My appointment was for 2:30 and I was HOME by 2:29. There was no care or effort put into my haircut. I told the woman cutting my hair I was nervous to come in because I did not want too much length cut off. I requested a 2 inch trim and received an 8 inch hack job. Please go to a real salon, it’s been a month and I still feel awful every time I look in the mirror.

been going here for a few years, as it is close, and reasonably priced , market wise. Increasingly, the amount of time a “stylist” spends cutting my hair has been getting shorter. This week took the cake. A few swipes of the clippers, a few cuts of the scissors, I don’t think it took more than ten minutes. Had to trim up myself when I got home.

My stylist, Christina Ruiz, just took over as Manager here and I happily followed! I have THICK hair, mostly straight but a bit wavy when shorter and esp wet.. she’s one of the only people who takes the TIME to do a GOOD job. She’s given me many different cuts and full colors/babylights/ombre- all to satisfaction!
