We had an appointment for my daughter to get a hair cut. The lady started washing her hair and said she saw lice, immediately stopping the process. She also kept mentioning the knots in her hair. She made my daughter feel uncomfortable with her rude & unprofessional comments.

I inform the stylist a head of time what I want and repeated it back to them what I wanted. I stated I want short on the side and anything less that an inch cut off the top which shouldn’t be to difficult. Yet instead of getting less than an inch I got about 3 inches cut off the top. It seemed like the scissors were too blunt to cut hair because it felt like my hair was being pulled out instead of cut. I’m really disappointed that my hair wasn’t cut the way I wanted it, instead was probably cut how they wanted it to be. Very angry with my results.

I had an appointment scheduled prior. They were 30 minutes late. Only took about 5 minutes to cut my hair. When I scheduled the appointment over the phone, they told me they could fit my son also. With me having to wait 30 minutes, I sent my son off with my husband until they were ready. He’s not even one yet. I didn’t want him to be stuck there with me waiting so long . I couldn’t get a hold of my husband immediately to bring my son back. I ended up with my son not getting his haircut and a very rushed haircut. It was done fine, but don’t appreciate how rushed everything was and don’t appreciate waiting 30 minutes for an appointment that I scheduled ahead. I received no sympathy for being late. I guess you get what you pay for. Very disappointed.
